身近な自然の変化を楽しみながら、周りの山の緑へと住環境が拡がっていく
大樹の周りに、多様な暮らしの場をもつ内・外部空間が立体的に繋がり展開する。
小鳥たちと対面する。
光の中の影と陰の中の光。
自然素材の空間が、光、風、香り、湿度や音の感覚を身体に奥深く同調させる。
住まいから自然へ
肌身の自然から大きな自然へと拡がる世界へ
光、風、緑と、刻一刻と変化する自然の営み。住空間から、自然の変化や生命の悦びを分かち合う環境が育つ風景へ、そして山々や田園、町並みなど地域の風景と関係性をもたす。住まいから住環境、住環境から地域環境へという空間のアプローチである。
もう一つは、住まいから内なる自然へと向かうアプローチで、身体内部 の世界へと拡がる空間を目指したい。大地と繋がる自然素材を生かした空間は、五感を呼び覚まし、身体と同調する。空間の光や風景、空気の流れや質、音の響き、時間に深みをもたらし、暮らしから内なる精神の世界へ導く。

Lead from immediate natural environment to natural world beyond
Light & breeze changing from moment to moment in living spaces call attention to changing greenery outdoors, and further to changes in landscape that reflect the joy of all life, in mountains, open fields and townscape. This hopes to build a consciousness of the region.
On the other hand, from the dwelling spaces, communicating
with the vast Nature within oneself is also a theme. Spaces built with natural materials relate to the Earth, awaken the senses and harmonize with the body. Over time, depth offered by light moving in the landscape, quality of air and its flow, and resonance of sound in the space leads the way to the inner spiritual world of nature.
